Graphite Anti-oxidation Rotor
The liquid aluminum alloy purification treatment process is the main means to improve the comprehensive performance of aluminum alloy. In the purification treatment process, the purification gas and the solvent are mixed, and the method of purifying the aluminum melt by the rotary injection of the graphite rotor is the most advanced treatment method in the world. The working principle of the graphite rotor is that the rotating rotor breaks the nitrogen (or argon) blown into the aluminum melt into a large amount of dispersed bubbles and disperses them in the molten metal. The bubble in the melt relies on the gas partial pressure difference and the surface adsorption principle, absorbs the hydrogen in the melt, adsorbs the oxidized slag, and is taken out of the melt surface as the bubble rises, so that the melt is purified. Since the bubbles are finely dispersed, they are uniformly mixed with the rotating melt, and then spirally floated slowly, and the contact with the melt is long, and the gas flow generated by the continuous straight rise is not formed, thereby removing harmful hydrogen in the aluminum melt. The graphite rotor rotating nozzle is made of high-purity graphite. The structure of the nozzle is not only considered to break up the air bubbles, but also the centrifugal force generated by stirring the aluminum alloy melt, so that the melt enters the nozzle and uniformly mixes with the horizontally ejected gas to form gas. The liquid stream is sprayed to increase the contact area and contact time of the bubble with the aluminum alloy liquid, and the purification effect is remarkably improved.
The speed of the graphite rotor can be adjusted steplessly by the speed control of the frequency converter, up to 700 r/min. The graphite rotor has a specification of Φ70mm～250mm and an impeller specification of Φ85mm～350mm. The high-purity anti-oxidation graphite rotor has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance and aluminum flow corrosion resistance. During the process of purifying and degassing, the surface of the aluminum alloy liquid in the tank is protected by nitrogen gas, so that the part of the graphite rotor exposed to the aluminum alloy liquid is in an inert gas, preventing the high temperature oxidation of the rotor and prolonging the service life of the rotor.
The shape of the impeller is streamlined, which can reduce the resistance during rotation. The frictional force generated between the impeller and the aluminum alloy liquid is also relatively small. Thereby, the outgassing rate is above 50%, the smelting time is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
After the anti-oxidation formula surface of Hongsheng Company has been treated with special anti-oxidation treatment, the service life is about 5 times that of ordinary products, which is widely used in aluminum alloy casting industry.
